Dr. Raj Sangwan, DVM
Veterinarian & Founder
Dr. Raj Sangwan, DVM, has been practicing veterinary medicine in the Toledo area for the past 15 years, earning the trust and admiration of his clients through compassionate, attentive, and proactive care for their pets. Deeply committed to helping pets live healthier, happier lives, he is known for taking a thorough, preventive approach to diagnosing and treating illnesses while always prioritizing the well-being of the animals in his care.
Dr. Raj has built lasting relationships with pet owners who appreciate his dedication, kindness, and genuine concern for their pets. His goal is to provide the highest-quality veterinary services at a fair and reasonable cost, ensuring pets receive excellent care while supporting their families’ needs.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and his beloved dog, Rocko. In his free time, he also enjoys reading, playing tennis, watching sports, and hiking.

Registered Veterinary Technician
Megan Crawford is a Registered Veterinary Technician with more than 14 years of experience in companion animal care. She graduated from Stautzenberger College’s Veterinary Technician program and has spent her career working in small animal practice. Megan is passionate about creating a calm, low-stress experience for pets while helping owners better understand preventative health and wellness. Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, she is committed to providing exceptional care for every patient. Outside the clinic, Megan enjoys spending time with her five cats, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.

Veterinary Assistant
Jamie brings more than 20 years of veterinary experience to the Ace Animal Hospital team. Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for client education and helping pets feel comfortable during exams and procedures. She values the trust that pet owners place in her and strives to provide compassionate support for both patients and their families. Jamie enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and making every visit a positive experience. Outside of work, she loves reading and spending time with her cat, Claudia.

Jeannie has been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2022 and is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of pets through compassionate veterinary care. She enjoys working closely with patients and their families while helping pets live healthier, happier lives. Her commitment to patient comfort and quality care makes her a valued member of the Ace Animal Hospital team. Outside the clinic, Jeannie enjoys spending time with her two boys and caring for her five cats and two dogs.

Veterinary Assistant
Hailie joined the Ace Animal Hospital team in 2026 and brings seven years of veterinary experience to her role. She is currently enrolled in Penn Foster’s Veterinary Technician program and plans to continue expanding her knowledge and skills in veterinary medicine. Hailie enjoys working with pets and building strong relationships with their families while helping provide quality patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé Nick, their three dogs, and two cats
